The Day…
Timeline
2pm:
We ask that you join us from this time.
We’d like everyone to be seated by 2:50
3pm:
The ceremony will begin. Please be mindful if arriving late.
3:30pm:
Cocktail hour will commence. The horse-float bar will be setup in the courtyard. so help yourself to a drink, or grab a hat from the hat-stand!
6pm:
The reception will start.
We’ll have everyone inside by 5:45
On the menu, Alternating plates of;
Schnitzel, chips and salad
Steak, chips and salad
Meals accounting for those with dietary requirements.
8pm:
Feel free to dance, hang around the fire or enjoy a drink with friends!
10pm:
We kindly ask that at this time, if you’d like to hang around, keep the noise down as per the request of the venue.
Seating Plan
in order to ease those who may not know each other, we’ve opted for a free-for-all seating plan for friends.
However,
The two front tables are reserved for family, so please only select your seat from the rear two tables.
Drinks
We have tried to cater to a variety of tastes for beverages without ending up with a surplus of unconsumed drinks at the end of the night, so apologies if you don’t find what you’re looking for.
Drinks can be found in both the horse-float bar in the courtyard and at the bar in the hall.
People Staying
For those who have opted to stay in a glamping tent, Bathroom facilities are located at the main toilet block.
Please be advised we don’t have catering for breakfast on Sunday morning, So if you would like breakfast it’s recommended you bring your own, but you are more than welcome to use the facilities if you’d like to cook.
